Transforming Technology to Treasuresm

It's taken us decades to evolve our technology from the "glass house" to the interconnectedness of millions of people.  And, we keep making, educating and employing people in the same old ways.  It's now necessary for us to change that (well, at least the "...educating and employing" parts) to keep pace with the technology now at our disposal.

Organizations are the first to adopt most new computer technology; the payoffs and benefits can contribute to the bottom line.  It's easier for organizations, with their clear objectives and goals, to choose to adopt new technology.  But, to reap those promised benefits, leaders of changing organizations are seeing the need for attending to what happens beyond the keyboard and the screen, within the hearts and minds of the people.  The most advanced technology, in the hands of uneducated and unmotivated users, is just so much expensive junk.

The Concepts we apply to our work are defined here, and many of our publications that explore the themes more deeply.  And, the major Influences on our methodology are worth further exploration.
